Volume of Liquid
Volume of liquid is probably the one of the topic in KBSR Mathematics. The meaning “Volume of Liquid ” refers to the capacity of liquids in the containers. The Year Two students must understand and use the vocabulary related to the volume, for example : Empty , Half Full , Full , Less , More or About the same.They also learn to compare and measure the volume of liquid by using non-standard units : bottles , cup , glass , pail or bowl and standard units in millilitres ( ml ) and litre ( l ) in the metric system. Teachers must create fun activities to avoid them having misconception on capacity.Students can learn the topic on liquid measurement more effectively and always apply in their real life situations.
